Simon’s Time

Middle-Grade Fiction ~ New Release!

Summer is dwindling. Sullivan is nearly 11 and dreads the thought of returning to school. He'd rather spend his time with Simon, who happens to be a space cat. Sully's apprehension about school is palpable when he runs into his best friend Lucas at the library and when he tries to fix Simon's ship so he can return home – poisonous trees are taking over his planet!

This middle-grade novel is set in an urban Canadian landscape and portrays a protagonist struggling to cope with life's uncertainties. Sullivan learns he is not alone and that the world is not always as it seems. Is Simon real? Or a figment of Sully's imagination? One thing is for sure – Simon helps Sully accept the reality of growing up.
